Tri-Eagle did invest in 2019 in a new community solar project of 5 MWs through a "Pay-As-You-Go" program. Recently, they were purchased by Vistra Energy, which owns TXU, Texas' largest retail electric provider, and is also a large generator of coal, gas, nuclear and renewables.
